The member can apply to the ACPMA in the form for a certificate of practice entitling him/ her to practice as a practitioner. The candidate shall be addressed to the registrar and shall be accompanied by the fee mentioned. If the application is granted by the board, the certificate under seal will be issued accordingly.

A member in practice, an ending to be in practice, shall inform the director immediately of the fact of his /her having done so, but in any case not later than one month from the date he/ she cease to be in practice, and shall return the certificate of practice to the Secretary.
